Shipping & Delivery
The system require to enter your location as part of the online ordering process. Wherever possible, the system will work out the best available shipping method and/or present you with options (such as less expesnive but slower delivery times).

If in stock (or receipt into stock) this item will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt of order.
Returns & Replacements
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the items purchased are suitable for purpose. We make every attempt at describing items in as comprehensive way as possible to facilitate this. Please call if you are unsure to the suitability of the part(s) being considered.
We acknowledge that mistakes occur but retain sole discretion to accept returns, and will not do so without our prior agreement by issuance of an RMA (return merchandise authorisation).
None of this affects a consumer’s statutory rights including the EU Distance Selling Directive which allows, for any reason, cancellation of an order within 7 days without penalty.
Outside of this, return of an item is subject to a 15% / £10 restocking charge (whichever is the greater). Return carriage is the responsibility of the customer.
You will receive an order acknowledgment upon completion of and payment for your order. This is your purchase order with DHSL, please check for discrepencies.
We strive to ensure that all products are accurate when dispatched. In the unlikely event that any product contains inaccuracies or if an item is incomplete, we will correct the problem. If you have received an incomplete or inaccurate product please notify us within 72 hours.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We endeavour to keep the prices on this eCommerce website accurate and up to date, including any promotional discounts. However, due to; sub-contracted manufacture, errors & omissions and potential system generated errors, we exceptionally reserve the right to not supply at the price or in the quantities ordered. In such rare circumstances will notify the customer as soon as feasibly possible and seek to ameliorate the situation in whatever way possible.
Payments are made at the time of submission of the order. We will notify customers of any shortfall or excess as soon as we are aware. Refunds will be made without delay, using the same method as the original payment.
